Thank you for shopping with Orycea. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, new product launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
These estimates do not include order processing time and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight and dimensions, and the selected shipping method.
Where applicable, free shipping offers or promotional shipping discounts will be applied and displayed automatically during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to become available after dispatch.
5. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and delivery information provided during checkout are complete and accurate.
Orycea cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hi@orycea.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@orycea.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and, where possible, include photographs of the packaging and the affected items.
We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
