Refund policy

At Orycea, every order is carefully prepared after it has been placed. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the one you ordered, please contact us by email at hi@orycea.com or through the contact form available on our website as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your order.
To help us investigate your claim, please include:
- Your order number;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
2. Lost Shipments
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us by email at hi@orycea.com or through the contact form available on our website no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier. If the shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or, where appropriate, issue a full refund.
3. Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, requests must be submitted within the legally applicable period (currently 14 days from receipt of the goods), and the returned item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, except where the return results from our error or a defective product.
Where products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, returns for change of mind cannot be accepted.
4. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because:
- You changed your mind;
- You ordered the wrong item;
- You selected the wrong size;
- You selected the wrong colour;
- You no longer want the product.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, size guides, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
5. Size Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges.
A detailed size guide is available on every product page to help you choose the correct size before placing your order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or because the shipment is refused or remains unclaimed, any additional shipping costs required to resend the order shall be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If an order is refused without a valid legal reason or is not collected within the period specified by the shipping carrier and is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
8. Return Authorisation
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted or processed.
If a return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions, including the correct return address.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or where the refund results from our error or a defective product.
10. Force Majeure
Orycea shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, supplier failures, or governmental actions.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or commercial changes.
The latest version will always be available on this page together with the date of its most recent update.
