• Do not tumble dry.
• Iron inside out, avoiding printed areas.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Portugal costs €3.95.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €50.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only ship within Portugal.
We’re working on expanding to international shipping in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and delivered within 6–8 business days in Portugal.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email.
If your order hasn’t arrived or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Send us a description of the issue along with photos using the contact form available in the website footer. Our team will review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
My order was returned to sender. What now?
If your order was returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we can reship it. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
How does the Rewards Program work?
Earn points every time you shop:
• €1 spent = 1 point
• 250 points = €10 off
Your points never expire, so you can save them and redeem them whenever you like.
Reward discounts can be applied at checkout and, whenever applicable, can be combined with promotional codes and other special campaigns, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
