We currently ship within Portugal only. Shipping costs €3.95 for all orders under €50. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping services and hope to offer international delivery in the future.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered within 6–8 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or you experience any shipping issues, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. When contacting us, please include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos of the item and its packaging. You can reach us using the contact form available in the footer of our website, and our team will review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we can arrange to resend your package. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
